Job Summary:
As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial systems and processes. This position involves directing accounting operations, managing the finance team, and ensuring that the financial infrastructure supports the organization's strategic goals. You will also be instrumental in developing financial strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating sustained financial health and growth.

Job Description:

Oversee and manage the company's financial systems and processes.
Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline financial processes.
Direct accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Ensure that the financial infrastructure aligns with the company's long-term objectives.
Conduct feasibility analyses for new projects, initiatives, or investments to assess their financial viability and potential impact on the organization.
Manage the treasury function, including cash management, liquidity planning, and investment strategies.
Implement effective working capital management techniques to optimize cash flow, inventory, and accounts receivable/payable.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize risk.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Team management and developments

Qualification & Experience :

CA finalist or Qualified ACA, ACCA member (with articles)
Minimum 3-4 year of industry experience in the role of financial controller
