Job Summary:

Leverify, a leading electronics wholesale distributor company, is looking for a professional in their Amazon Accounts (Reimbursements) domain. An ideal candidate must have experience of working on managing shipments received by Amazon. The professional is expected to be involved in Amazon Account Management or Reimbursements related to customer oriented roles.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with different departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Sound knowledge of billing and exchange groups to resolve volume issues.
• Reconciling shipped inventory with Amazon physical count.
• Reconciling inbound shipments with payments data.
• Recording shipments received with Amazon.
• Identifying and investigating discrepant shipments.
• Ensuring FBA Compliance for inbound shipments.
• Provide innovative, out of the box recommendations to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collecting and recording supporting documents and ensuring documentary compliance.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor's degree from reputable university
• Post Bachelors 1-2 years of Inventory Reconciliation experience
• Domain knowledge (E2E) of reconciliation process in E-commerce industry
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
