Job Summary:

It is a leadership position and you will be responsible for planning, developing strategies and effectively implementing them within the organization. You will work collaboratively with the team members and build strong relationships with them. You will be coordinating with the relevant stakeholders and improving processes to achieve the KPIs on time with the desired outcomes.

Job Description:

- Able to understand, analyze and identify gaps in processes and able to document them.

- Find simple implementable solutions to the identified gaps and streamline processes through collaboration   with the team and  other departments

 - Build strong relationships with the team members by solving problems at root cause with them and build processes so that the problem will not surface later.

- Eager to develop the team by spending 50% of the time with the team members to develop them to their full potential.

- Able to communicate effectively and create visibility to the management.

- Provide all the relevant updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.- Achieve goals by setting focused KPIs of the team 

and then make sure that the team achieves them.

- Bring creativity and innovation in new and existing processes.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation and above 
  •  4 to 5 Years of Work Experience with 2 years as a Manager in the e-commerce industry.
